Servings – 2 cups

Arranging time – 5 minutes

Cooking time – 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • Chicken breasts – 2 pieces; just cut it into bite-sized pieces.
  • Rolled oats – ¼ cup
  • Vegetables – Potatoes, carrots, green beans, broccoli (whichever is readily available) – 1 cup chopped
  • Chicken broth – 2 cups
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp (Our experts at MyFurries do not recommend extra oil for preparing dog food as it is unhealthy for them).

Procedure

  • Take a pan and heat oil, preferably non-stick.
  • Turn the heat to medium and put in the chicken pieces. 
  • Sauté the chicken pieces to cook evenly on both sides.
  • Once the chicken gets a light golden colour, put in the vegetables, oats. Mix.
  • Pour in the chicken broth. Mix everything.
  • Cover the pan now. Next, turn the flame to low—Cook for 20 minutes.
  • Serve this tasty combination to your dog once it is completely cooled down. 

Pumpkin Cookies

These biscuits are excellent snacks for your dogs. Not only is it crunchy and delicious, but it also acts as a digestive for your dog.

Servings – 3 cups

Arranging time – 5 minutes

Cooking time – 1 hour

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin puree – 2/3 cup
  • Rice flour – 2 cups
  • Egg – 1
  • Coldwater – 1/3 cup
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp

Procedure

  • Preheat your oven at 350 degrees Celsius.
  • In a mixing bowl, put rice and oil flour. Mix gently.
  • In another bowl, put pumpkin puree and egg and whisk until you get a smooth texture.
  • Now, put the pumpkin mix into the rice flour bowl.
  • Keep pouring water little by little and constantly stir to avoid forming lumps.
  • Alternatively, you can also mix all the ingredients by hand to form a smooth and soft dough.
  • Stretch the prepared dough with preferred thickness.
  • Spread on your baking tray a baking sheet
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes at 350 degrees Celsius.
  • Take out the baking tray carefully and cut the baked item into desired shapes.
  • Once completely cooled, store these healthy and crunchy cookies in an airtight jar.

Rice and Egg combo with veggies

This beneficial yet straightforward rice and egg combo meal with veggies will make your dog feel more energetic, even after tiresome playtimes.

Servings – 5 cups

Arranging time – 10minutes 

Preparation time – 20 minutes

Ingredients 

  • Beaten egg- 1
  • Applesauce-⅓ cup
  • Cooked vegetables- 1 cup (You can include  Sweet potatoes, beans, carrots, peas, spinach and other veggies that suits your pet )
  • Brown rice- 1 cup cooked
  • Brewer’s yeast- 1 tbsp

Procedure

  • Cook the rice separately.
  • You need to cook the vegetables under pressure ( don’t over boil)
  • Preheat the oven at 350°
  • Mix the veggies and rice, and other ingredients well in the mixer
  • Take greased butter sheet and, using a spoon spread the mix in small circles
  • Now Bake it at 350° for about 10 to 15 mins
  • It will turn firm with a brown coating on it
  • Take it out and let it cool down before you serve your pet. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for almost 5 days in the refrigerator. To increase the shield life, you can freeze it for 3 months.
